HOW TO TAKE BODY MEASUREMENTS:

DRESS: 

1) BUST -  the fullest part of your bust - taken whilst wearing whatever type of bra you would normally wear under the dress

2) WAIST - it is important that this measurement is taken at the smallest part of your waist which is normally 1 or 2 inches above your belly button

 3) HIPS - around the fullest part of your hips/bottom - this is normally quite low down around your bottom

4) DRESS LENGTH - total length of the dress from the shoulder to the hem 

5) SLEEVE LENGTH - measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem

JACKET: 

6) SHOULDER WIDTH - this should be taken straight across the back of the shoulders - from the corner of one shoulder to the corner of the other - without curving the tape measure around the sides of the arms

7) JACKET LENGTH - measured from the bottom of the neck to the hem

8) BACK WIDTH - measured 2" below the shoulders across the back

9) ARMPIT TO ARMPIT - width across the back from armpit to armpit

10) UPPER ARM CIRCUMFERENCE (BICEP) - measured at the fullest part of the upper arm

11) SLEEVE LENGTH - measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem

We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note for any purchases made within 30 days of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. If the item doesn't fit you or you simply changed your mind, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund including the postage paid. The only expense you incur is the return postage.
