Before you buy, please take a minute to acknowledge the following:

 

Attendance:

The shop will be attended Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST) time.  Requests, questions and demand s outside of this time period will be answered will be answered in a time frame of 24 to 48 hours.

 

 

Confirmation:

If you pay right after you bought an item, you’ll not receive a separate invoice or confirmation about the item bought. If you don’t pay right after you bought the item, you’ll get an invoice by email.

 

 

Payments:

We accept PayPal payment only (you can usually use PayPal to pay with credit card or through bank account). Payment must, if not agreed otherwise, be received within 7 days of your purchase or end of auction. If payment is not received within 7 days after purchase, we will initiate an “unpaid” case with eBay.

 

 

Shipment:

After payment your purchase will be shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service)  with First Class Mail or First Class International Mail. According to USPS deliveries takes approximately 2 to 9 business days within the US and at least 12 to 24 business days for international shipments and sometime even longer than that.

 

Returns:

You can return the merchandise within 30 days after shipment. Since we only list new & authentic items all returns must be in original packaging (if it applies) and with all labels and tags. Refunds will be made after we have received the returned merchandise. Please contact us with all returns before you send an item back. The shipping cost charged for sending the item from us to you and returning the item from you to us will not be refunded, if not otherwise agreed on.

 

International buyers:

Import taxes and fees are not included in the price for the item or the shipping. If charges apply it’s the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these taxes and/or fees might apply prior of buying or bidding.
