Antique Needlepoint chair for small child, dolls or PET ; )

This small, sturdy antique chair would be good for a young child, dolls or pet.
Approx. measurements: from floor to top of back height is around 18", the seat is around 10" x 9" deep, the legs are around 8-1/2" in length.
The seats are fabric with cross stitched flowers.
Some of the yarn is missing in middle.
It does not smell, but I see small light colored kitten? hair underneath seat.
