A rare set of Tart optical frames. The right arm has the shield stamp and is marked "6". The shield stamp is worn but still visible (see pictures). "50" and "22" is stamped underneath the left and right hinge, respectively, on the backside of the frame front, indicating a 50mm lens width, and 22mm nose-bridge. These are vintage tortoise frames with strong 7 barrel hinges, in nice vintage condition. Frames are in good used shape.  They show some minor scratches/scuffing under bright light. 7-barrel hinges are strong and work smoothly.  Left-side temple arm shows some warping but still works perfectly (see pictures). The 7-barrel hinges are snug and offer smooth operation. The frames may require re-shaping to fit your particular needs.  These frames are being sold as-is, however, you can return them if you are unhappy with them for any reason. All around a nice set of frames.
