Payment

• PayPal is the only payment method accepted.  If you are paying through PayPal using an eCheck, please note your item will be shipped after the eCheck has cleared.
• Payments are expected within 4 days after the last winning auction has closed.
• Payments are required immediately for all Buy It Now items. 

Shipping

• All items paid for Monday - Friday by 3:00 PM MST will be shipped same day via UPS Ground.  Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or on national/public holidays will be shipped the following business day by 3:00 PM MST.
• For fast and accurate shipping, items are only shipped to your verified PayPal address. If you need to update your shipping address, please DO NOT pay until you have changed your shipping address in both eBay and PayPal.
• We use UPS exclusively to ship our items.  Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.  For expedited shipping options, please email us directly and we’ll be happy to provide a you with a 1 or 2-day delivery rates on your specific item.
• UPS will only deliver to a physical address.  If you currently have a PO Box listed as your primary PayPal address, please update it to a physical address prior to finalizing your purchase. 
• Tracking numbers are uploaded to your eBay order the same day it is shipped.  You can track your order at www.ups.com.
• Local pick up is not available under any circumstances.

Condition of Items

• All bicycles are sold “as is.” We are not able to swap or substitute parts with any other store listings.
• All bicycles and components are tested, tuned and checked thoroughly.  Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all bicycles and components are in full working order.
• We are not responsible for any mechanical issues after purchase due to misuse, wear and tear by the rider, crashing, or a “just riding along” type of situation. 
• We take the utmost care to package your bike professionally and safely.  Once the package leaves our doors, it is out of our hands.  Some minor adjustments may be necessary once you receive your bike.  It is recommended you have your new ride assembled by your local bike shop or a professional mechanic.

Sizing

• Bikes: We want you to love your bike! To get the most accurate and comfortable fit, we strongly recommend you get measured by a local bike shop and compare your numbers to the geometry chart provided in the listing.
• Clothing: Basic size and fit information are included in all listings.  If you need an exact measurement outside of the typical sizing standards, (XL, L, M, S. etc.), please refer to the manufacturer’s sizing chart for your specific item.  These can easily be found online, and are often accompanied by customer reviews to assist you in making an informed choice.

• All items sold are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee.  In the event that you need to return an item, eBay has made this a quick and easy process by offering a step-by-step online tutorial found at http://ocsnext.ebay.com/ocs/home.  If you have further questions or concerns, please email us directly for an expedient resolution.
• There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of GearOutlet. All items returned must be in the same condition as when they were sold.
