There is a 1/2" break at the rim.

Small Canopy - Diam: 4 1/2"       Height: 3 1/4"

Larger Canopy - Diam: 5"            Height: 4 1/2"

There is a 1/2" x 1/2" cut at the rim.     Please see photos.
