Shipping Details:
We combine shipping for purchase of multiple items.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  Shipping charges are non-negotiable, and are the buyer’s responsibility.  When shipping UPS, remember to provide a physical street address, not a P.O. Box.  It is also suggested to include a daytime telephone number in case of questions and/or problems, especially when buyer selects expedited shipping services.

We will gladly add additional shipping services when available (insurance, signature required, etc.) upon buyer request.  These services are available for an additional fee, which is the buyer’s responsibility.  If you would like to add additional shipping services or options, contact us through ebay or call the dealership directly.

Items usually ship within 2 business days after the PayPal payment posts.
Please note that PayPal payments may take up to 5 business days to clear.  In the event that the buyer chooses an expedited shipping method, we recommend that the buyer calls or emails (see contact information below) to confirm completed payment transaction.  Also, inputting a daytime telephone number during checkout allows for complete communication during the sale.

Yellowstone Harley-Davidson does not set the rates to ship via UPS or USPS.  Shipping rates are calculated by UPS and USPS and are dependent upon shipping destination and weight of item.

Return Policy Details:
All sales are final. 
If buyer thinks that the description of the item does not match the item's true condition, we will make arrangements for a return. 
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in the event of a returned item (including all costs associated with original purchase as well as returning item, which encompasses all eBay final selling fees and PayPal fees). 

Other Information:
Yellowstone Harley-Davidson will gladly transfer an eBay Auction item that has no bids to a Buy-It-Now listing at a customer’s request, but the listing will be for 10% more.

Yellowstone Harley-Davidson cannot sell an item found on eBay outside of eBay.  This means we cannot remove a listing to sell to buyers immediately, as it is against eBay policy.
