This monitor will have a minor marking or two on the outer plastic of the frame. Nothing will be broken. These damages will not affect how this unit operates. The touch-glass may also have a minor mark or blemish that will not affect how it operates.

The touch screen capabilities have been calibrated and tested for full functionality.
The speakers built into this monitor are untested.

We have multiple quantities available. The item you receive may not be an exact match for the one in the photos. The photos demonstate a worst case scenario as far as condition is concerned and the one you receive will likely be in better condition.
