Warranty

1. Each part comes with minimum 30 days warranty. If part replaced by qualified VAT registered mechanic/garage warranty will be automatically extended to 3 month from delivery day. Receipts and invoices for job completed will be required in case of warranty claim.

2. Parts are securely marked , pictured and any numbers located on them stored in our database to prevent false claims.

3. If part ordered arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. If box is visibly damaged please refuse package so courier can return it to us. If parcel accepted please take pictures of the damaged box/package and damaged part. This info will be required by us to process your refund. All refunds will be given within 7 working days from receiving part back to our warehouse. Please note that no refunds for damaged in transit parts will be processed if they are made after 7 days from delivery day.

4. We aim to provide as much as possible part info in each description. In case when part is faulty or wrongly supplied by us refund or exchange will be offered with no additional cost to the buyer.

5. In case when part is wrongly ordered by the customer it still can be returned for refund unless buyer aware of the exception however in this case we will ask buyer to pay for both postage costs. We do not charge any handling or re-stocking fees and only ask to contribute on our postage cost in above event. We think that this is very fair refund policy. Please contact our customer service if you require any additional info.

Delivery

1. Most of parts sold comes with free delivery however please check postage and payments page in each listing.

2. We will provide most suitable delivery option based on customer personal requests. This includes economy, express, next day, Saturday and even Sunday delivery.

3. We offer delivery to any remote location such as Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

4. We post glass however this not covered by any warranty or money back guarantee because none of the couriers want to take responsibility for damaged units. Customer should be aware that every glass panel dispatched is only at their own risk. We package every panel in best possible way however we not able to oversee handling during delivery.
