We accept eBay's recommended method of PayPal where eBay Buyer Protection is free for nearly all purchases. This payment is often instant which ensures your order can be shipped on the same working day. If the PayPal payment is an e-cheque we will wait until payment clears before dispatching your order.

We post to the UK and throughout the world using a tracked service. Our standard UK delivery is First Class and costs £1.99 per order; delivery is estimated at 1-2 working days after payment clearance. We also offer an economy service which is free; delivery is estimated at 3-5 working days after payment clearance. We also offer a UK express delivery service which ensures your order is delivered the very next day on all orders placed before 4pm Monday-Thursday (Excluding bank holidays), Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 4pm Friday but before 4pm on Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

All items are shipped the same working day if payment is completed before 4pm. All payments completed after 4pm are posted the next working day. If you miss a delivery you will be left a calling card with instructions of how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.

For international customers, we currently offer a tracked service which requires a signature upon delivery. Please see the below table for rates and estimated delivery time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns if the item has been worn and or is not in its original box.

To make a return simply complete the return form included with your purchase. Be sure to attain and retain proof of postage from the post office.

All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3 days of the parcel being received. Refunds will be excluding the original postage and packaging charge unless the item arrives faulty or significantly not as described.

As soon as a return is received in our warehouse you will be emailed via eBay messages to notify you of our receipt and processing of your requested exchange or refund.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return postage for orders unless the incorrect or faulty item has been received.
