This is a beautiful example of Nikon's still-excellent D90 camera body. It has received modest use, registering a total lifetime shutter actuation count of 32,958,* and has clearly been well cared-for when not in use. The camera is in most respects indistinguishable from new in appearance. Its rubber grip surfaces are all fully intact and in excellent condition; both LCDs are in excellent condition, some small marks on its rear LCD having no affect on viewing; and its finished cosmetic surfaces are all in essentially-new condition. Operationally, it is flawless: all controls, all functions and all moving parts still operate with as-new precision and feel. Its viewfinder is clean and bright, its image sensor is in perfect condition; and AF, metering and all other camera systems respond instantly and accurately. Be sure to view the attached photos in the enlarged format, and please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase. You will not be disappointed.

The D90 remains an excellent camera body today because of its unique combination of small size, light weight, high image quality and advanced features. It retains the in-body focus motor and dual command dials not available on Nikon's D3000- and D5000-series bodies, greatly expanding lens choice as well as flexibility in actual use, while maintaining advantages of compact size and light weight in comparison to Nikon's currently-available advanced models. Making use of the image sensor from Nikon's professional D300 and D300S bodies enables it to offer still-excellent image quality, while the comprehensive feature set of Nikon's advanced amateur bodies give it the speed and control flexibility required to capture those images even under challenging shooting conditions. No longer available new, D90 bodies in excellent condition are becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Included in this listing is the camera body and body cap, Nikon EN-EL3e battery (tests "new") and charger, spare non-Nikon battery (also tests "new"), Nikon camera strap, USB connection cable, plastic rear-LCD protector and a nice 16GB SDHC memory card as shown.

* Shutter count is not the most important factor in evaluating a camera body's condition.  Few Nikon camera bodies will ever wear out mechanically.  The camera body's physical condition is far more indicative of the type of use the camera has received and is consequently far more likely to be an accurate indicator of its health and future service needs.
