• Unpaid purchases within 2 days of placing order will receive an unpaid item case against your account.   
• Orders will only ship after payment is received.

• All orders are guaranteed to ship within two (2) business days of order date. However, we make every attempt to ship all in-stock items as soon as possible.
• If there is any unforeseen delay or cancellation to your order, you will be notified via email within 2 business days.
• During high volume holiday seasons, we guarantee that we will ship your order within three (3) business days of order date.
• We accept all orders to to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii (except PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses), and also ships internationally.
• Standard Shipping:
  • USPS First Class Mail within US - Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Alaska and Hawaii destinations may take up to 7 business days.
  • USPS delivery services are not available on Sundays and public holidays
• Expedited Shipping:
  • UPS 2nd Day Air within US - Delivery within 2 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver within US - Delivery by the end of next business day.
  • Estimates apply only to orders received before 12:00pm (PST).
  • UPS delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• International Shipping:
  • USPS First Class International Mailing - Delivery time varies by destination and tracking service is not available. Approximate delivery time may take between 7 to 21 business days to arrive, but USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or time.  
  • USPS Priority International Mailing - Delivery in about 6 to 10 business days and tracking service is limited.
  • USPS Express International Mailing - Delivery in about 3 to 5 business days.
  • We currently ship to Canada, Europe (including UK) & Australia. For other locations, contact us for more information.
  • Delivery transit days to recipient may vary depending upon the destination and customs clearance.
  • Recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes as package pass through customs.
  • USPS delivery services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
• You will receive an email with the package tracking numbers when an order is shipped. Please check your spam folders if you do not receive the confirmation email.
• If the tracking status shows the package as delivered, wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

• Please contact us to request a Return Authorization Code (RA#), and include these information (1)  Order Number, (2) Name of purchaser, (3) Item(s) to be returned, and (4) Reason for return. RA# is required for all returns.
• Domestic buyers must submit return request and return merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date. 
• International buyers must submit return request and return merchandise within 45 days of the original delivery date. 
• All returned merchandise must be in the original condition. Items that are used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer will be rejected.
• All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee, which will be applied to the price of the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All refused packages that are non-deliverable for any reason are subjected to restocking fee.
• Full refunds are only valid for defective items due to manufacturing defects or an error on our part.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise, and return shipping in the case of an exchange.
• It may take up to 10 business days to process your return. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for any credit to appear on your account.
