She is in new condition but eBay requires the listing as used when out of the box. She is freshly undressed. Please see all pictures. Ankles are in cracked condition. She has staining on her botom area where she was previously dressed in black boy shorts.

I just bought this same doll last year and when she arrived she had 2 cracked ankles...she was brand new and still sealed. So, because of the ankles and the polished nails I was not happy about this and decided to look for another one. I found this one in Japan, paid someone to get her for me, international shipping...arrived brand new never removed from the box and alas...2 cracked ankles and the same exact staining as mine. So it seems this is the fate of the doll and I will stick with my original one with the cracked ankles and sell this beauty.
