UK Mainland Standard Delivery
3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for all standard deliveries. If you are not in to accept the delivery and you have not specified a safe place to leave the parcel at your own risk then Royal Mail will either card you or attempt another delivery normally in agreement with the customer’s choice.

Bank Holidays (UK)
Please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery to any destination.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery
If you place an order by 3pm Mon - Fri, for next day delivery, we use Royal Mail Next day Tracked or Courier fully tracked service for Next Day delivery and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not in for delivery and you have not specified a safe place to leave the parcel at your own risk then the courier will Card you and they will need to be contacted by you to arrange a redelivery.

International Delivery
All items outside of UK are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Standard International post or for larger and higher value items by DPD Courier or Parcelforce depending on the geographical location. All items ordered by 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched next day, however for non-delivery or delivery enquiries, please allow 21 working days after paying for your order before contacting us.

Returning any item for refund is no problem at all within 30 days of your purchase.
