Can I have colours other than the colours shown in the item photo's ?
Yes, normally we can do this. Please look in the dropdown menu to select your item and select the option 'custom colours'. Please note this may attract an additional charge as it takes our designers longer to complete this type of order depending on the design. Can I choose specific colours for certain words ? No, unfortunately we do not offer the option for specific colours for certain words. The palette of colours is randomly shown on word art. How do I personalise my item ? Please look above for information on what we need to personalise your item. If you are still unsure, just pop us a message via eBay and we will clarify. Do you offer proofs ? Yes we do. However this will delay your order. Please leave 2 working days for the proof and a further 2 working days for the order to go back into our print run. |

All orders are dispatched for FREE using the Royal Mail First Class delivery service, with most orders arriving within 1 working day of despatch.
Items ordered on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day, so delivery time may vary. We aim to print and dispatch orders same working day, as long as all the correct personalising details are received before 1pm on the same day. Please be aware that your order may be delayed if we need to contact you to check any information that you have sent us. All our orders are sent in strong and sturdy packaging so that your order arrives in perfect condition. |
