We've been successfully selling from our own website eBay and Amazon since 2003.

We purchase directly from brand owners or accredited distributors and pass the savings on to you.

Your purchase is Guaranteed Authentic and will come with all the paperwork you would expect if purchased from a department store unless otherwise stated in the listing.

For peace of mind and security your new purchase will be sent to you by Fully Insured registered mail. Tracking numbers will be supplied upon request.

We accept payment by: Paypal. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover the cost of the service chosen.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be despatched within 24 hours.

All our items are sent by Royal Mail Registered, Special Delivery or International Signed For Air Mail.

Most of my items are sent recorded delivery, even so, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. You are welcome to contact us for a tracking reference number.

We are shipping by Special Delivery more and more, for peace of mind and security this is the best option and you will receive your item within 24 hours from the date of posting.

Europe
All items sent by secure International Signed For Airmail. Allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

USA & Canada
All items sent by secure International Signed For Airmail. Allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

Australia and Far East
All items sent by secure International Signed For Airmail. Allow 12-14 working days for delivery.

All our sunglasses are fitted with a security tag. Do not remove the tag unless you intend to keep them. We will not refund or replace if the tag has been removed or tampered with.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days and must be unused, unworn and returned exactly as received from us with all paperwork, warranties.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us using a secure signed for service. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN IN A JIFFY BAG. PLEASE USE THE STURDY CARDBOARD BOX YOUR SUNGLASSES WERE DELIVERED IN.
