Shelf-Life: Stores for 10 to 15 years in an unopened sealed pouch (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place) 

To Rehydrate: Add 1 cup of boiling water to ½ cup of Freeze Dried Sausage. Stir once, cover and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off excess water use the sausage as you would use fresh andouille pork sausage.
