On the side of the radio / head unit there will be a code similar to those highlighted on item pictures.4 digits, starting with a letter and 3 numbers:

e.g. J295 as shown in the pictures example(8200205768TJ295)

This also appears as TOJ295 elsewhere and on other stickers. Some models show it as J295-Security or 5768TJ295-Security.

Send me this code in the ‘note to seller’, or email me the code or a photo of the label if easier (email to my PayPal email address - eBay unhelpfully reduce the picture size to make it very hard to read). I will email you back with your code and instructions on how to enter it.  My email is JMRolfe and is with Google, eBay will not let me write it fully here.

1. Remove the radio / head unit using appropriate tools / wire 

2. Find radio’s serial number / security code which can be found on a sticker, either on the side, top or at the back. 

3. Purchase this item, letting me know the security code found above, either by email or in the ‘note to seller section.

4. Receive the unlock code from me, allowing you to entre and use your radio again.
