Up for sale is my Favorite Canon 500 F4 IS Lens, I am the 2nd Owner and I purchased the lens from Allens Camera near Philly. I upgraded and that's the reason for this sale to cover some of the purchase costs.
Sharp copy even with 1.4x tele
I would rate the lens somewhere between 8.5-9. Glass is in pristine shape . Just came back from CPS Clean and Check service with no issues.
I mostly used this from car (in Texas) and there are some scuffs and paint marks around the lens barrel, prefocus ring and hood areas. I had the lenscoat on from Day 1 but now It's torn.
"UX1133" Date code and I think that was the latest code before the vII lenses.
