If you are not satisfied with the Estimated Delivery Time Frame listed for “First Class International” Mail ~~~ than please DO NOT choose this Shipping Service.  I strongly recommend you upgrade your Shipping Courier option to PRIORITY Mail if you absolutely need the item faster.  Also understand, I am NOT delaying the Package.  I Dispatch, Post and Ship within 1 Business Working Day of receiving Payment. 

Some Countries take MUCH longer to deliver Packages. (Germany, Russian Federation, and Kazakhstan).  I still offer “First Class International Mail” because Postage is cheaper and Buyers are very happy with the delivery transport time.

·       International Buyers (Import Duties, Taxes and CLAIM Your PACKAGE):  You may want to check with your Country’s Customs Office before buying items to ask if your Customs Office will charge Import Duties or Taxes for delivery of the Package.   (International Buyers are responsible for these charges, if set by their Country.)   International Import Duties or Import Taxes are NOT included in the Shipping price.  Please check with your Country's Customs Office to ask.  The Buyer pays these charges, if there are any.  Some Country's will charge for Import Duties or Import Taxes.

      Some International Buyers may need to "CLAIM Your Package" from your Local CUSTOMS Office.  It can quickly be done by simply contacting your Local Country’s CUSTOMS office and giving them your Package Tracking Number.  If you live in a Country where Packages are not delivered unless you call your Country’s CUSTOMS Office, contacting your local Customs Office is EXTREMELY important.  A delay in delivery will occur if you do not “Claim the Package”.  Also, without Claiming your Package, it will be "returned back to the sender”, which is me in the USA.   ** Please be sure to “CLAIM your Package” by calling your local CUSTOMS Office to avoid delays in delivery. **

·        International Customs:  -  Please be aware if your Country’s CUSTOMS Office decides to inspect your package, there can be a delay in delivery.   As a Buyer, you should verify what items will pass through your Customs Office.   Please know your Country’s Import Laws.  If Customs delays delivery, I have no control over this.
