Please note I do work away from the office so replies to questions and emails maybe delayed and we are a business with opening hours 9am - 1pm/2pm - 5pm Mon-Fri so emails sent outside these times will be answered the next working day.

Payment within 3 days of Auction End Please (Unless by arrangement) - Non Payment will be reported promptly to Ebay

Collection is welcome (You can see what other bits I can sell you) but is strictly by appointment only as we are business and to ensure that your item is ready for collection 

Shipping is by Royal Mail if its a small item and by courier if its over 1KG.
I only ship using a tracked service and hence this costs more, please remember that shipping cost includes Packing (I don't just wrap it in a bin liner) and shipping which is charged by the couriers by size and weight now (Example:- Post Office 1st Class Tracked upto 1KG is £4.40) .
If you don't agree with my postage costs please feel free to arrange your own courier who will need to bring a box and packing materials 

I don't like having to put the above rules and notices but I have had so many people complaining about high postage costs, etc
