We sell primarily overstocks, shelf pulls, and customer returns. Many of these items are new but have damaged packaging, and provide a great opportunity for value for you. We state in our listing whether this is new, used, refurbished, or reconditioned, and while many items are marked used, most are in working order, and many are new but have been opened, so we must state used.

It is also possible that the item was simply opened in store and mounting screws or users guides were removed to provide to a customer. Companies seldom put opened packages back on the shelf. We do not sell anything as a working item if it has obvious defects, or significant cosmetic wear and tear. We do put multiple items together in large lots and find that it is a great chance for contractors and do it yourselfers to save money. Many of the items will be in damaged packaging, or without original packaging and sometimes may be missing original documentation and users guides, but these guides are almost always available for download on the internet. We will do our best to describe these items accurately.

We accept Paypal as our means of payment. It is universal, and easy to use. Please use paypal as you check out.

We offer flat rate shipping and state the shipping cost (sometimes we provide free shipping) on every listing up front. We provide a fair shipping price and you know up front exactly what it will cost you to have it delivered to your door. Our items, because they are each unique, may be packaged in padded envelopes, boxes, or original packaging depending on the item. We use USPS, UPS and Fed Ex depending on the best avenue for the item. If you need something expedited, please advise, and we can adjust the shipping price for you and accomodate your request!

We accept returns within 14 days, but expect you to honor the purchase unless we have mis-represented the item in some way. We are not going to hassle you in any way if you choose to return an item, but please let us know why, and be advised the buyer pays return shipping. In rare cases, we may be able to exchange the item for you, but because many of our items are unique, that sometimes is not possible.
