We offer a 30 day return policy. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the item(s) ship date. Items must be in their original condition, not worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid. We are so confident with the quality of this item therefore we do not charge any restocking fee (Resized ring orders are exception to this policy, there is 15% restocking fee for returns of resized ring orders). You must send us an email in order to obtain RAN (Return Authorization Number). This number must be marked clearly on the front of the package and sent to us along with the original invoice. If these instructions are not followed your return will be invalid and you will forfeit all privileges.
