Shipping

All items are shipped on the same day if payment is clear before 5 pm (Monday- Friday). The item will be shipped by Royal Mail, Yodel, UK Mail or DHL Express (Depending on destination) excluding weekends and holidays. Pick up services are also available at our warehouse. If you do not receive your item within the specific time, please do not hesitate to contact us before opening any request.

Payment must be received within 2 days. Unpaid items will be forfeited after 2 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the final value fee.

Return Policy:

We offer 30 days returns policy, our postage is free to all our customers who keep our goods. If you want to return the item for a replacement or refund, £4.50 admin and packaging cost (direct cost) will be deducted before a refund or a swap. Please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" if you wish to do so. Unwanted items must be returned, unopened in original retail packaging and the seal must be intact (where appropriate). If a sealed item or accessories are opened or screen protector removed, we will deduct 20% devaluation cost along with admin and packaging cost. Return postage must be paid for by the customer unless an item is faulty. We can’t be held responsible for your return item if it is lost in the post nor we will refund until we get the item back.
