Please make sure you enter your delivery address correctly and in full at the checkout, as we will not be able to update it

Items sent to UK addresses should arrive within 2-5 working days. Read more.
Delivery to European addresses a bit longer – up to 10 working days.
Rest of the world should receive their packages within 15-20 working days.

We aim to deal with returns within 3 working days after receiving the item back from you.
You can return the item back to us within 14 days after purchase. Make sure you obtain proof of dispatch from postal services,
in case if it will go missing. That will work as a proof that goods were sent back to us.
If you haven’t received your refund after returning item back to us within 14 days - please let us know. Read more.
We do not offer exchanges, so you will be refunded after receiving the item back from you.
Returned items must be in its original condition – unused, unopened, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.
Returns that miss to fulfill these requirements will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to buyer. No refund will be
provided.
In case you receive faulty/incorrect item – please contact us via eBay messages and provide us with photo of item received, so
we could solve this for you.
We will not accept some items for return due to hygienic reasons, especially if item has been taken out of its original
packaging. This includes balloons, party blowers, straws, cups or any item of similar kind what could have been used. Please
contact us if you are not sure if you are eligible to return the item.
Upon receipt of goods please remember to leave us positive feedback and detailed seller ratings. Should there be any problems
with your order, please contact us prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback, as we work extremely hard to keep our customers
