We ship within the UK for FREE on most items, Some larger items will incur a shipping charge.  For  shipments outside the UK or PO box there will be a charge. Please inquire prior to purchase for an exact price for your shipping if you are outside the  UK  mainland or have a PO BOX address.

ALL our shipments are provided with tracking numbers and usually arrive before the estimated time eBay gives  you.

We ask that payment is made within 7 days. We prefer payment by PayPal, and will only ship the item to your  PayPal  confirmed address when PayPal is used. We also accept payment by uncrossed postal order. In some instances we might accept Personal Cheques and  Bank  Transfers. If payment isn't received within 7 days, a Non-Paying Bidder dispute will be filed, and the item may be offered to the next  highest  bidder or re-listed at our sole discretion.

We will accept non faulty returns within seven days from the date  the  item was received and  faulty  returns within fourteen days from the date the item was received. After this period, we are unable to guarantee we will accept a return. If a non  faulty  item  is returned, we will only refund the cost of the item not the postage fee and it is the seller?s responsibility to return the item to us at their  expense.  If  a faulty item is returned, we will refund the full amount paid including the return postage cost provided it is sent via regular second class  post.Please  ensure that your full details including your ebay user name are included in the return package so we can easily trace you. Please contact us prior to  returning an item.
