This item is vintage, and therefore some wear is to be expected. The envelope has  fraying and tearing to the corners and sides and some discolouration due to age. There is a tear to the left side edge going half way down, the right going half way down and the top and bottom flaps are missing. See photo for more details. The item is cut, but unchecked. However, if there is a missing piece these can easily be made up again by a confident seamstress.
