Pentacon Auto Multi Coating 50 f/1.8 is a standard manual focus lens made for Praktica SLR cameras. Fits all others M42 thread cameras. The lens was made from 1960 to 1990 by VEB Pentacon, Germany. This one is the most common version. Can be used on many digital cameras via suitable adapter.
A compact and inexpensive manual focus lens with very good image quality! Excellent close focus distance!

Condition
The lens is fully working and in very good condition. The optics is free of scratches, fungus and dirt. There are small surface injuring spots on the rear element (see images). I took 20-30 photos and I did not notice any mark even on f/16. The aperture works normally in A and M modes. The focusing ring rotates perfectly through all the range.
Cosmetic condition of this lens is very good. There are some signs of wearing but not heavy. The lens comes with rear cap only.
