NOTE: Assume that all listings are GAME ONLY unless it specifically mentions that it comes with additional items in the title itself.  If it doesn't say that it comes with manual or controller or something else then assume that it DOES NOT come with those items.  

Cartridge Based Games:
All cartridge based games have been cleaned and tested prior to listing and tested once again before they are shipped out to ensure they work 100%.

Disc Based Games:
All disc based games will come to you free of visible scratches.  We are *EXTREMELY* picky about the quality of our disc based games.  We have spared no expense and purchased state-of-the-art disc refinishing machines to ensure that you are receiving the best quality disc you can.  There is no way to test every game that we sell as it depends on the abilities of your own system but we ensure that it is of top quality always.  As far as manuals go, unless it is specified, you will have to assume that you will not get a manual.

Consoles:
All consoles we sell come with a 3 month warranty.  We have a full repair center in our store and we take the utmost care to ensure that all our consoles are in 100% full working condition.  This means testing a lasers function rather then just "Yes, it reads".  We also computer test the full function of all controllers that get packaged with them.  Our warranty rate for issues is EXTREMELY low.

All other Merchandise:
All merchandise other then items listed above are either original branded items, brand new after market or thoroughly tested 3rd party products that are in top working quality.  Items such as mugs, soaps, stuffed animals, hats and such are all brand new manufactured items.

Power Up Gaming is a family owned and operated brick and mortar retail store that opened his doors in Barrie, Ontario on August 1st, 2012 with a very small amount of inventory.
