The only defect is the inner box started to wear out a bit (pictured)
Minor wear on genuine fighter bracelet, Breitling will polish it if you send it in for battery change in a couple years.

Edit 2/5/2017 9:56am EST: I last updated the time 60 days ago. It is now between 1.5 and 2 seconds slow as pictured. Worst case, 2 seconds divided by 60 is .033333 seconds per day. COSC limit is 0.07 seconds per day.

Edit 2/12/2017 to answer someone's question: I am pretty sure this is black dial but it could be dark grey. I do know the LCD backgrounds blend into the dial color when the LCDs are off for "stealth mode". I can send you a picture of the LCDs off but I am at my 12 picture limit and I wanted to show the accuracy of the watch. I've never seen another ebay listing do that!
