If your items are not quite right, don’t worry! Customers from the UK have 30 days from their despatch date to make up your mind and return them for FREE. Customers will receive a full refund as long as the items are returned in their original condition.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Cosmetic and pierced jewellery products cannot be returned.
• Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed for health and hygiene reasons.
• Shoes must be tried on indoors.
• Items must have all tags attached.

We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to PrettyLittleThing.

Returns will be processed within 21 working days.

How do I return my item?

UK Returns:

To return your items simply attached the pre-printed label onto your parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office. Make sure you ask for a proof postage and keep hold of this until we have confirmed by email that your return has been completed. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all original tags and labels – if you don’t have the original packaging, choose a safe alternative. All underwear and swimwear is non-refundable without the hygiene strip due to hygiene reasons. Items packed in a box, e.g. footwear, must be returned with an outer box or bag for protection. Please take care when trying your PrettyLittleThing item on as we cannot refund any garments with makeup, fake tan or any other stains or marks on them. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In the UK you can also use our Doddle or Collect+ services to return your PrettyLittleThing items. Follow the instructions on the despatch note provided in the parcel and head to your local Doddle or Collect+ store with the parcel. Collect+ customers will need a returns label which can be found here.

International Returns:

Customers from the Republic of Ireland have 14 days to return their items, while international customers have 7 days after receiving the item to make a return. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free returns to customers outside the UK!

What if my item is faulty?

If you receive a faulty item, please return it within 30 days and remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning the item. Please contact our CS team via eBay messaging system.

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.

Partial Orders:

Occasionally, you may place an order and at the time of packing, an item might be out of stock! In this case, we will send through the partial order and you will not be charged for the missing item!
