About Us:

• I buy mostly closeouts, shelf pulls, and liquidations.  Some of the items may have damaged box, which may include dings, dents, crushed boxes, writing on the boxes and lines through the UPC etc. Some items may be taped so ask if you are picky about that.I do check all of the items to ensure they are new, unused. If I miss something please don’t hesitate to contact me and I  will make it right immediately!!

PAYMENT:

• We accept Paypal only.
• Payment is due within 4 days, but immediate payment is greatly appreciated.
• After 4 days, non-paying ebay  will open an unpaid case so if you can't pay that fast let me know so i can turn off the ebay's unpaid asst. The strike can be removed upon payment.
• As per ebay policy I ship only to the one on paypal address only. Don't ask me to ship to a different address.

SHIPPING:

• We usually ship next business or same day of cleared payment if possible.
• We will combine shipping charges. Just request an updated invoice from us BEFORE you pay.
• We usually ship packages under 13 oz in padded envelopes via FIRST CLASS MAIL through USPS (United States Postal Service). Packages over 13oz usually ship Priority Mail through USPS. Media Mail or Parcel Post may be used on occasion.
• If necessary we may remove items from boxes in order to ship them First Class.

FEEDBACK:

• Feedback is left upon payment. We would greatly appreciate if you would give your feedback upon receipt of your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we request that you please send an eBay message and give me a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback.

Returns:

• We do except returns. All returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless it is my mistake.
• All items must be in their original condition; and must be sealed, unused and untested.
• Items that have been opened are not returnable.
• If the item is not as i described, please contact me before you leave feedback and we will do our best to make it right.
• A tracking number in required on all returned packages
