1) When will you ship out my package ?

 

After your payment is complete, We'll ship out with in 24-48 hours. About 80% of the packages get ship out within 24 hours.

2)Does shipping come with a tracking number ?

 

No, There has no tracking number. If you require tracking number please add $2.5 USD.  Please send eBay message inform us before  placing your order so we can send you an new invoice or list an new item for you.

3)Why does it take so long for me to receive the package ?

 

We try our best to ship out as soon as possible. However, when it comes to the post office and Customs, we cannot control over that. It takes about 1-2 days to get processed before it leaves the country and from there it takes about another 1-2 days to arrive to your country and then waits to be processed by your country's Port and Customs and then the Post office. Shipping time varies from country so please check the shipping detail chart.

4) What if the item received is not as described / damaged/Lost?

The first thing to do is please contact us directly. We will try to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. International packages are subject to Customs inspection. Please contact us before any negative feedback is given.
