From the manufacturer this AED comes with a five year warranty, linked to the serial number on the AED. The AED is in factory sealed condition and is guaranteed to work on arrival. The Heartstart Onsite line of AEDs was designed to be in homes or places of recreation, designed for a layperson to easily and effectively operate. This is the first and only AED developed for sale without a prescription.
Shipping is free via priority mail and handling time is one day, though most orders ship the same business day . We ship on Saturdays. We do ship internationally. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
We have a sixty day return policy starting the day that you receive your item. If you are in any way not satisfied with it you may return it, in its original condition, within sixty days for a full refund.
