Boston Art Auction was started in 2000 at the SOWA Open Market in Boston Massachusetts. It started in a 10 x10 booth with original art from a small circle of artists. The winter season made SOWA a seasonal thing and the decision was made to move to Florida where art could be sold in markets year round.
