Im Falle eines Schadens beachten Sie bitte folgende Punkte

1. Im Schadenfall bitten wir Sie Fotos des beschädigten Artikels an uns zu übermitteln. Lassen Sie das Paket bitte im Originalzustand, bis Sie weitere Anweisungen erhalten.

2. Füllen Sie bitte ein Schadensformular aus, und zwar an Ihrem lokalen Postamt oder der Ausgabestelle, wo Sie das Paket erhalten haben. Normalerweise werden Sie ein Formular erhalten, wo Sie den Schaden / das Verpackungsmaterial / Ursachen des Schadens etc. zu beschreiben haben. Bitte schicken Sie uns eine Kopie des Schadensberichtes per Email 

Wir werden unser möglichstes Versuchen um Ihnen Unannehmlichkeiten zu ersparen und Ihnen schnellmöglich behilflich zu sein.

2. Please file a damage complaint at your local post office or at shippers office from which you have received the parcel. It is common that you will receive a form where you will be asked to describe damage / packing material / casuals of damages.
