Ships only to the address associated with the paypal account that pays for item. If over 13 ounces it can NOT ship first class, it must go Priority or Parcel select, your choice. Includes tracking and will include up to $50.00 insurance if shipped Priority. I usually ship items paid for by 12 pm EST, by 1 pm EST except on weekend or holidays, then it will ship next business day the post office reopens.
