DELIVERY
  We post all items within 2-3 working days of ordering, via recorded delivery, standard parcel post with insurance or other courier. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. For larger items we are happy to arrange delivery anywhere in the UK or abroad through one of our couriers. Please e-mail us with your postcode and the item you are interested in purchasing and we will get back to you with a quote. Alternatively, we are happy for customers to arrange their own courier if they wish, in this instance please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements. We aim to keep prices affordable, therefore if it's a particularly large item you may be required to help carry it into your home. If this isn't possible please let us know so we can try to work round it. Customers are also responsible for ensuring their item can be delivered into their home easily. We provide product dimensions in all of the product descriptions, please ensure that there is adequate access for the item as no refunds/ returns will be accepted if the item does not fit into your home. Postage prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery. We are always happy to quote for posting overseas, please just email us for a quote. Please expect up to 14 Days for UK Delivery. At Raspberry Mash we aim to use as much re-cycled packaging as we can.

STOCK CONDITION
The description given for each item shown on the site is for guidance only. As the items we are selling are vintage items they naturally show signs of wear and tear. We take great care to ensure we describe the items accurately and always aim to highlight any specific damage or marks. Any damage is always reflected in the price of the item. Please ensure that you are happy with description of the item and that the item is actually the item you require before placing an order. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before purchase. We believe that wear and tear adds to the character and uniqueness of our items and adds to their appeal. On the purchase of any electrical items further testing should be taken on by the customers. Raspberry Mash reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend any contract of sale if events occur which are beyond our control including: fire, floods, storms, riots or non availability of materials or supplies. ONLINE RETURNS
We describe and show all vintage items as accurately as possible. If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing. Refunds can only be made if the item supplied does not meet the description given on the website or if the item has previously unspecified damage to it. Refunds made on this basis will only be made if the item is returned by the customer undamaged within 7 days of purchase, all return costs will be taken on by the customer. We will refund 100% of the original invoice value within 30 days.
