We put buyer's satisfaction at top priority. If you're not pleased with your purchases, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the item total price less Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges within 14 days of your purchases.

All returns requires seller approval. We must be notified within 14 days from receiving your package to quality for a return.

Please inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery and notify us with any issues. Do not dispose any of the products or packaging. All approved returns must be received in original condition as it was received along with all contents such as manuals, packaging, additional accessories, etc. All unapproved returns will be refused.

Hassle-free returns: We will accept returns for any orders if you made orders by mistake, you no longer want/need, or change of mind. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the products back. Once the item(s) arrives, in its original new unused unopened condition, we will process your return. A 15% restocking fee & deduction of the shipping cost will apply for returns.

For Broken / Missing Items, Please inspect the package thoroughly and write to us immediately and let us know of the problem. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please write to us in detail with your order information and what the problem is and our customer care representative will assist you.

 

Returns: For all approved returns, please make sure to include the reference or order number on the outside of the package. We strongly advise that you ship the item back (with delivery confirmation) using the lowest shipping method possible as we do not cover this cost.
