If you do not receive your charm after 10 business days, please contact me immediately to fix any errors made by the postal service.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Our local USPS sorting center will reject envelopes that include a PO Box AND Street Address listed. If you have two separate addresses listed in your PayPal, please specify which address you would like for us to ship your purchase to. We ship to PayPal verified shipping addresses only. Please ensure your address is up to date with PayPal, as we will not reship items due to buyer error.
