BicycleBlueBook  allows you to buy with confidence. We have a diverse network of brick and mortar bicycle shops who have partnered with us to accept trade-in’s toward new purchases. As a result BicycleBlueBook confidently offers quality used bikes and goods on eBay. All purchases from us are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee.

Payment

We accept PayPal.

All in state residents of California will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

An unpaid claim case will be opened within eBay after an item goes unpaid for seven (7) days.

Be sure to confirm your PayPal shipping address prior to payment. We do not allow changes to an address after payment. We only ship to the confirmed address registered to your PayPal account.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays).

LOCAL PICKUP

FREE local pick ups.

Simply select ?Local Pick Up? at the time of checkout.

Once you have completed payment, please contact our customer service team through Ebay's messaging to schedule a time to pick up your item


DOMESTIC ORDERS

We ship all orders via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your PayPal account.

Any item over $200 requires signature confirmation.

Domestic shipping prices are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO shipments are subject to additional charges. Contact us for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international shipments are processed through eBay?s global shipping program

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We will only ship to the verified shipping address on your PayPal account at the time of payment. We do not hold any orders.

If you need to update your shipping address, please DO NOT pay until you have changed your shipping address in both eBay and PayPal.

COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY

We do not combine shipping for bikes, frame sets, or wheels. If you are bidding on multiple smaller items or purchasing a bike and small item please contact us about combining the shipping prior to purchasing.

Returns

In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

If the return is a result of a mistake on behalf of BicycleBlueBook then we will cover the return shipping. If the return is for any other reason then the buyer is responsible for proper packaging, insurance, and shipping fees associated with the return.

A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund.

Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Write the RA# on the outside of your package so we can efficiently process your refund.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
