AUCTION RULES
ITEM CONDITION
Everything listed is collector owned and from a smoke free home and can be understood to be in “Very Good/Near Mint” condition unless otherwise stated in the title or at the end of this auction description template. Unless otherwise stated, all movies and comics DO NOT contain Digital Editions. All listed video games were in working condition when last played but are sold AS IS as I do not have all the systems that they play on anymore. When bidding on Import Video Games, please be sure you are able to play them with the hardware that you have. If you are purchasing video games or movies internationally, please be sure you are able to play them with the hardware that you have.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected within forty eight hours of the end of the listing. If payment is not received after the fourth day, an unpaid item reminder will be generated by eBay.
NON-PAYMENTS & BID CANCELLATIONS
Most of what I sell is from a family collection with 90% of it being sold at a loss so if you don’t think you can pay, or can’t follow through with these guidelines, then please look elsewhere on eBay. It is extremely frustrating chasing payments. Bid cancellations are even more upsetting. In all the years I have sold on eBay and the NUMEROUS bid cancellations I have had happen, not ONE has been done via eBay’s proper bid cancellation terms. You placed a bid on my auction but- bought it elsewhere/can’t afford it now/your son, daughter, cousin, dog was using your ID? I would say that I am sorry for your troubles but when you place a bid, it is a debt obligation if you win that auction. Also, by placing that bid you have irreversibly altered that auction by other members seeing your bid and their perhaps looking elsewhere for the item. Bid cancellations done against eBay’s policy will be immediately reported to eBay. Due to eBay’s rules of not being able to detail the ramifications of phony bid cancellations or lack of payment in an item description, I will refer you to their HELP section for the consequences of such actions.
ITEM PRICING
Every listing, without exception, is priced at the lowest price I am willing to sell the item(s) for. If there is not a “best offer” option on the listing, then that means that there is no lower price that I am willing to consider. Any messages with an alternate offer that are received will be immediately deleted with no response given.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All shipping cost for domestic (United States) listings are free and I will update the PayPal transaction with the mailing details when the item is shipped (usually within 1 business day of received payment). Waived shipping cost means that your item will be shipped via Media Mail if eligible. Although delivery is usually sooner, Media Mail can take up to 14 business days. Keep in mind that your item is being mailed from Connecticut so if you are in California, it will take a little time to get to you. Please contact me if you have not received your item within the estimated mailing time and I will initiate a trace through USPS. If you are interested in a faster shipping service, please email me before bidding.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is now available for all my auctions via eBay’s Global Shipping Program! With eBay’s Global Shipping program, your item(s) are mailed to a domestic shipping hub and eBay handles the shipping from that warehouse to your country. Shipping cost to the domestic hub is free and the international shipping cost and any duty/custom fees are billed directly by eBay. There is no alternative international shipping outside of the eBay Global Shipping Program regardless of whether your country is supported or not.
