For your consideration is this Montblanc Meisterstueck 146 fountain pen nib. The nib seems to be a medium nib. The older nibs from Montblanc are still the best. Sold as it is.

USPS First Class International Registered Mail seems to be traceable again at least for the most countries shipping would be around $32. The fastest and traceable shipping option is USPS Priority Express International which starts at $35 up to $65.

Shipping: We only

in at the Post Office we are able to send you proof of shipment if desired. We
will provide you via e-mail with all shipping information like Customs Forms
No., Delivery Confirmation No., Signature Confirmation No., etc. in a timely
manner. Shipping fees incl. a handling and a material fee. We are not
