The
nature of our business is acquiring, trading and selling fountain pens /
fountain pen collections. Currently we
don’t repair, restore, clean or test fountain pens. We try to provide as much
information as we are able to gain in a short time period. The images we take are as accurate as
possible and represent the actual pen for sale. Our auctions always start low with
no reserve. All items will be sold as used and sold as it is.

Our goal is to conduct a pleasant transaction. Please take your time to read the listing and feel free to contact us to get all information you need that you feel comfortable to bid or to buy.
Payment: Payment must be made 2 days after the auction ended.
Returns: No returns accepted.
Shipping: We only
ship in the US with Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation. Please
keep in mind that we can't estimate the shipping time. When the item is turned
in at the Post Office we are able to send you proof of shipment if desired. We
will provide you via e-mail with all shipping information like Customs Forms
No., Delivery Confirmation No., Signature Confirmation No., etc. in a timely
manner. Shipping fees incl. a handling and a material fee. We are not
responsible for any damage or loss during the shipping process. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO.
For international bidders: Items with a value over $400 will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Shipping costs will be adjusted after the auction and a invoice will be send to you.
If you would like to add insurance to your shipment please let us know that we can re-calculate the shipping costs.
International Shipping: International shipments will be shipped via Registered Mail.
Customs Duty: I will not falsify declared values on U.S. Postal Customs Forms on shipping to other countries.
