Our standard delivery has full tracking and is quick enough for most customers. Sometimes a product may be required urgently. In this case please choose the 'Next Working Day' delivery option when checking out.
We use Royal Mail and myHermes as our free standard shipping options! Where possible myHermes are used because you will benefit from them offering delivery up to 8pm, 7 days a week. Also if you are out myHermes will make several attempts to your address which is ideal for those items which will not fit through your letter box whereas Royal Mail will only make a single attempt before you have to collect from your local sorting office which could be some distance away.
To return a product please see our website. At the top in the centre is a button labelled 'Returns' which will ask for a small form to be filled out online submitting your return request with us. Registration is not required but registered customers can track return progress through the my account section.
There is no need to open an eBay case! Please simply contact us as detailed above or by phone or email and we will be more than happy to help.
We can also provide a collection service for your returns if required. There is a small charge for this service but it may prove cheaper than using the post office as we are passing our savings from having a business account to you, our customer.
