We understand that sometimes your purchase is not a perfect fit. For that reason, we offer customers the option to return most items purchased within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet the following requirements:

 •  Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt

•  Item being returned must be unworn, in saleable condition and with all tags attached/adhered to the shoe and box.

•  Item must not be altered in any way, including the shoe box.

SPECIAL CARE IS NEEDED WHEN TRYING ON. We advise that when you try on these shoes upon arrival, do it in a CLEAN, INDOOR AREA LIKE CARPET.  Due to the high quality and price of these shoes, if there is even the slightest mark or scratch on them, we will not accept your return, not even a partial refund of any kind.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

If you need to return this item, this is what you need to do:  

•  Send us a message that you need to return your item.  Find the item and file a return request.  Then select the reason for the return. 

•  When you have returned the item, please upload the tracking number, this is so we are aware the item is in its way and we can both track it.

•  Returns must be made in the same form.  Priority mail or Standard mail, registered mail, insured, bubble wrapped or however the item was shipped to you.

•  Refunds are given in the original form of payment, Paypal.

•  Shipping charges are non-refundable if the buyer paid for the shipping.

•  When your item arrives, we will inspect it and decide on your refund.

•  Your refund will be ready within 1-2 days after arrival if it passes our inspection, if they do not, we will return them to you and you will pay for the shipping.
