One recent buyer left a negative feedback and has filed me a full refund claim simply because of my painstaking packing job. This ridiculous buyer complaint is about the protection tapes across the model, which I always think necessary to avoid the item from rolling inside box in transit. I am a serious collector and care more than you of  the model cars. If you do not wish to have any protection measures on the item, please let me know in advance and do not make unreasonable demand to me subsequently.
