I sell PRE-LOVED HANDBAGS. That means they are not perfect, they are not new. They may have an ink mark or two. Vintage handbags may have a faint "musty", "old",  "cig"or "moth ball" odor about them. If you are looking for a purse that has never ever been owned by another person, then please don't buy one here - I would suggest a department store. When I shop for inventory, I pick the best that I can possibly find and if  by chance I do sell one that has an issue, I will put that in the description and take pictures.

Returns:  Returns are accepted if I am notified within 24 hours upon receipt and the item is returned within 14 days. And, there is  a 10% restocking fee. However, who is responsible for the shipping charges depends on the following:  I will pay the return shipping charges and waive the restocking fee under the following circumstance(s); that an item is clearly, obviously and grossly misrepresented or the item is damaged and it was not stated so in the listing.  The Buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING CHARGES and the restocking fee if item is returned due to BUYERS REMORSE. Examples of  buyers remorse:  (ie. not what Buyer thought it was, wrong size, changed mind, wrong color, got a better price, can't afford it now)  The appropriate amount to be refunded will be done so when the item is returned to me in the exact condition as it left here and that it is received back here within 14 days of delivery to buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with all shipping.- The money paid to have it shipped to the buyer is not refunded, NOR IS THE SHIPPING TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK TO ME - only the purchase price of the item less 10% for a restocking fee will be refunded.

All items are described to the very best of my knowledge. If you have a problem with anything, please come to me first and I will do everything in my power to resolve it. And please, look at the pictures. Remember that anytime you purchase a "pre owned" or "used" item that it is less than perfect, otherwise it would be listed as "new".  Please view the pictures very well  and ask questions please.

I get my inventory from various places such as estate sales, garage sales, friends, or thrift stores so I have no control or knowledge of the environment from which they came.   I can not guarantee that it comes from a "smoke free", "dust free", "child free", "odor free", "sugar free", "gluten free", "sodium free", "pet free", or any other "free" type of environment. Hi! Just a quick note to let you know that the bag arrived and I LOVE it!!  My Mom passed away Wednesday night so it has been very sad here and I just now opened the package. My package was waiting for me last night when I got home. I don't have a computer at home, so now I'm back at work and my computer! Just can't say 'thank you' enough for the lovely summer bag!
