·         We could offer refund, and refund request is available only for those notify us within a week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.

·         Due to the hygienic nature of the products, we are unable to accept back products where the packaging seal has been breached.

·         Some orders may be split into several packages where necessary so don't panic if you get one parcel first. They can arrive on separate days even though you ordered them and we sent them on the same day!

·         Most of our packages will not fit through letter boxes; the majority of items are boxed. Please note that as many of our packages are too large to be posted through residential letter boxes, many will be held at your local sorting office for you to collect.  We therefore ask that if you feel an excessive time has passed, you check with near neighbours (post officers often deliver "next door" if they call when you are out) and your local sorting office to check if an item has been held for you. 

International Buyers: In some countries, delivery time may take longer than usual because of Custom Clearance process. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Should you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we accept return for full refund when the item is returned in its original condition (unopened, unused). We will refund you immediately when we receive the item. Please do contact us for any problem before leaving any negative feedback.

Item not received or damaged

If there is any questions or problems at all, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries as soon as possible. 

Please do contact us if you have not received your item in 5-7 working days or received it damaged before you open a case. We try to resolve the matters as quick as we can. Claims for not received items after 20 working day will not be accepted for Inland Mail. International Claims for not received item after 30 working day (GMT) will not be accepted.

Post Office Carding: Many post men do not leave cards if you are out, they should but often do not.  Either that or the cards get mixed with flyers and leaflets and are not found.  The Post Office Sorting Offices will rarely confirm that they have a package waiting for you by telephone and will only normally confirm in person if you present ID with the same address - this we imagine is to protect the mail and prevent fraud.
