As good as new. All original parts, cords, packaging, and literature. Tested out and charging is working for wireless listening. The cord also works for wired listening. Bluetooth feature is working. These are excellent! Even the original box and case are in nearly perfect condition. (Just a couple scuffs on the box corner).
