Authentic COACH Brown Signature Fabric / Leather Trim Shoulder Bag. This bag has LOTS of heavy wear throughout. Not everything is able to be photographed. I photographed heaviest wear areas. I would say this item is in fair to poor condition. Some leather is cracking and is dirty. Hardwear is scratched and dirty. Inside has a few dirty spots in it. Strap on bag is adjustable, can be worn as a short or long shoulder bag. Coach logo as photographed is on back side of bag. Bag has one front zip pocket, one zip pocket inside and two smaller inside pockets. Bag has a zip closure. I did my best to list every detail but please ask questions if you need additional information or additional photos. Bag was purchased at coach retailer.

· Saturday is NOT a business day. I do try to ship on Saturday's if the order is received by 5pm EST Friday evening. But I never guarantee a Saturday shipment.

*International items are shipped through ebays global shipping program. Buyers are responsible for any addition fees(customs, import fees, etc.)

Return/Refund will be acceptable within the following conditions: (food items are not returnable)

· Return requested within 30 days of item's arrival.

· The original tags that came with the item must be attached, if applicable.

· Item must be received in the same condition item was sent. New items cannot show signs of wear or be missing tags.

· Buyer pays return shipping postages.

· The total amount of refund will be less all shipping cost. This includes items with free shipping. Example: if you purchase an item for $10 with free Shipping and return it, you would be refunded your $10 minus whatever the shipping cost to you was. If that shipping cost was $2.67, you would be refunded $7.33 after the item was received and inspected.
